GunZ on Vulkan

After alot of tinkering, I think i've got vulkan working. :w00t:

That's interesting, but it's useless to Gunz. My source code has this "Vulkan" function working perfectly, however there are some pcs that don't run the game, it accuses error vulkan.dll

Its 2024, people shouldn't be running graphics cards from 2009.
