Lawl, he isn't foreign of the sort. There was a introduction section, if I do so remember, but it was removed due to the massive spamage of people posting there with an easy +1 post count like "WELCOME, HUR HUR." I do think we can use another one of those sections - subsection spamzilla, no post count.

Remember there used to be a intro section? It was removed. And when I did post about this in staff quite sometime ago, they said it was okay if thr Intro threads were made in Outerworld coz atleast that way a user can start off posting.
