Its not necesary just need to enable in _refserverevent or _serverevent table i dont remember ^^ but im 100% sure that you don't need code for server.cfg.

Who know about HAPPY leeters on top? i think its on resinfo but dont know where.

Where to add/enable that it will drop the happy letters?

If i'm not wrong the Y is hard to get.. not sure.. check the rates to drop
