Happy tool Source for Araz4Story PvP

I got a working Araz4Story PvP server, but i'm not able to get the happy tool running. Always getting the error connection closed. Hence i was looking for the source code of happy tool but can't find it anywhere can somebody help out?

This is the folder that they share on the forum, in it you have the happy tool 5.1 by morray, in addition to the source code of the happy tool in various sources, you will find it inside TServer/tools/happy.
