I ran into such a problem.
I use the source code Infestation: Last Survivor Source
When I had a local IP I did not have a try, but when I changed to another that would play around with friends there was such a problem that the friend does not look for the server, but I'm fine, I thought the problem in ports and decided to change them to standard ones, and now I can not even find the server.

Sry guhs for my Eng.

What about firewall? did you forward the ports?

And you even should check all ports in your src if you even cant find servers anymore and check ip aswell!

If you was able to find the server at first but couldn't connect that means you've changed a main port which links the server and that together I would highly suggest for you to undo that change and go to task manager - TM and find out what's forcing those ports to be engaged.
