[Help] Adding Description in itemtooltiptext.bmd

I added In client Garuda's Feather & Flame on Season 12 client
but in inventory i can't add description it just shows name and thats all
i added new row in itemtooltiptext.bmd with discraption but i can't make it connect with itemtooltip.bmd
can someone explain how to make connection with thease 2 files for item

show a screenshot of how you configured the itemtooltip.bmd, also you hace to edit the files in eng, por and spn folders
