Honestly if you plan to make a public server. Then you need to buy the IGCN toolkit for the appropriate tools for the files.

where i can change exp bar info for Pet Panda, exp seals and etc?

i find problem... its is Premium Exp rate 1.1X EXP Amplify
how to disable that? account is not vip
