Ok so i can do the BSLV UP #1 but after i finish it there is not BSLV UP #2.

This problem is because the server had auto class rank 11, so for those who don't want to use that auto class rank 11 follow that.

2.Quest.enc (Decompress it to have the .dec format and open it)

Search for quest_id="591"

Right there you will see the RANK requirement in class format.
It will look something like these (class="17:11")

So sync them with your Quest.scp, basically you have to add -1 for every number after the double dots ":"
Where you see Class="17:11" change it to 17:10 or class="6:11" to class="6:10" or class="17:15" to class="17:14" and so on.
PS: Do this until the quest_id="611" (BSLV UP #9).

2.Quest.enc (Decompress it to have the .dec format and open it)

Search for quest_id="591"

Right there you will see the RANK requirement in class format.

So sync them with your Quest.scp, basically you have to add -1 for every number after the double dots ":"
Where you see Class="17:11" change it to 17:10 or class="6:11" to class="6:10" or class="17:15" to class="17:14" and so on.
PS: Do this until the quest_id="611" (BSLV UP #9).
