can anyone teach me or give some tutorials on how to create a launcher?

what programming language can work with it? VB?

C#, C++, Delphi, Java, VB, and almost all which can work on windows and can use UI's..

For beginners i recommend VB..

great. i dont know how to create all the functions of the launcher. maybe i can study it from looking the code inside it. so im now searching for the launcher with a code revealed. :laugh:

I made this launcher (copy of original) in delphi for Graveyard cabal, but project is dead now.. If i find sources i release it
