[Help]Can play publicly but can't play LAN

It's weird. Everyone else I know can connect to my server except my little brother. I've tried several different client edit IP's. NONE work. Not my WAN,not my localhost, not my default gateway, not my LAN IP either. Wtf is wrong with it?

Well it works, pretty laggy for him though.
