on the top it says 1 player out of 19 and I cant equip anything switch throw my guns and meds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc I dont know whats causing this.

Server is set in hardcore gamemode. It is something similar like battle royale. Deactivate it in your masterserver.cfg
