[Help] Convert to English... Possible?

Noticed that the missions and the voices are not in English... anyone know how we can make them English?

For the missions one I am not exactly sure what to do.

The vocies one doesn't work, tried it already.

I tried switching them, in game everything is slient, then it crashed.

You can't translate them to English. Even Ntreev's files are not all in English.
