Help getting a local S1 server started?

I'd like to get an old-school S1 server started just to play for the quests and grinding and such with some friends, and I have all the tools and clients needed. Just don't know how to get it running. Wouldn't mind compensating someone to help me get it started. Thanks!

It explains how to set up an old-school S1 server (at least as much as the server file allows it) using an old NA client.
