lol maybe you should read a little more it must be coded in the source before it becomes usable

Well, you can add skills from the db, but they wont work, or work improperly. It goes in the format XXXXYYZZ, I think, where XXXX is the ID of the skill, XX is the level, and ZZ is the Exp, all in hex.
