Help me please ! UCC File error code 1 , 2

On pangya server 4.9

I have this ucc file , and use PyServer Repack.v2
View attachment ucc.rar

I setting about that and change hex on project g
to 127.0.0.1/upload/ucc/upload.php
and 127.0.0.1/upload/ucc/ucc/clothes/

In game ,i can draw and upload complete .
>> file ucc has send to clothes folder and in mssql dbo.TU_UCC have data

But when i logout and login game again , error code 2 and 1 :grr:

Check ur client ucc host and website config

The old mssql and odbc drivers are not fully compatible with SQL Server 2008.

but i setting pass and open my file in browser it send massage me " Pangya_Update_ok"

i try it again and again and again more time . but it was have error . i use iis 7 .
i don't know where wrong or my code incorrect . Can you give your code to me ?

picture was upload to folder and Data key was send to Mssql database .
