[HELP] Problem with iOS 7!!

When i go to settings then generally and try to find
the uppdate but its just stands "looking for update"
In so long time. It never shows up!! If you know
what the problem is!! Send a Message!

use itunes? plugin a pc with itune installed, and will ask you if you wish to update it.

also with iphone you using?
