I wanted to know which programs use to edit maps, codes and where down the server and client to edit files of ACE ???

lol first get the offical program for editing maps or write your own
source code hmm not hard to get but do u actuly know what to do whit it? ...
but probably u are another one that doesnt have clue what or how its done
check on how its made youtube u have poop load of episodes

No one needs to give you anything. The tools you need are either on here already or visual studio.
