[help] Removing items from NPC

So, after lots of googling and constant crashes I am finding myself posting here;

Can anyone explain the proper way of removing an item from a NPC? I have tried everything I can think of and it either results in the client crashing or being disconnected from the server.

Yes I have made sure I edited the correct files in PK2 as well as turning the service from 1>0

can you give more information? What files did you edit? What do you want to remove from NPC?

Ah no worries, I have finally managed to figure it out.
Although I do appreciate the offer of help! greatly appreciated
