Right click on the file go to properties and change the path (correct it) so it runs the exe file. those problems are basic and u should keep trying before asking

Edit SQL PAssword
TitanlinkServer/Config
SCFEXDB/Config
Cashshop Editor/EX

After i edit the ODBC
1. LinkServer
2. SCFEXDB
3. TitanCS.exe
4. GS
5. GS_CS is working ^_^ using this your Guide @KarLi
