I fixed this, the file for medusa event configuration is: MuServer\IGCData\IGC_MonsterGroupRegen.xml

and the drop items for medusa event is: MuServer\IGCData\ItemBags\Event_Monster_(561)_Medusa.xml

Maybe other person will be can have the same problem. can fix with it. GL
