[Help] Translation Font

Hi I had a problem in translate English into my country language.
When I use UTF8, font was unreadable.
For ex:
EN: Choose another way to log in
In my country, it should be: Chọn phương thức đăng nhập khác.
But in result.

Then, which encode that i should use?
