Open SkillStrTable.txt with REditors.IF you're using RaceRan/Akiran Client.Decrypt them first using CryptionRCC.

its because you only edit the SkillStrtable.txt and not icluding the Skill.ssf files......SkillStrtable.txt and Skill.isf both are same edited
