Have you used the right salt for your account?

I think the right salt for virtuos files is: kikugalanet , it usually comes before your password, example, you want it to be 123456, then you put kikugalanet123456 then convert it to md5 then put it in your account's database.

Or if you have coded a register script, just change the salt to kikugalanet
