[Help] Weapon + 15 no visual showing.

Help when I downgrade item, maximum upgrade +20 to +15. weapon +15 no visual showing in character hands. i alreade copied some files in working cabal servers into my server but nothing happens. how to fixed this one. all of my weapon no visual if it is +15 upgrade level.

make sure the efx id you registered has existed on your game client data.

Can you share what you missed i got the same problem and my fx15 seems not beeing used
