Help! Website problems..

I used a template and
after editing , editing and editing
Its done and i saved it after awhile i came back and i reopen it.

It doesn't work . All my codes are there but its somehow blocked and i cant re edit it..
And also my template the website was basically done. But due to codes blocked for some reason it wont work anymore.
