[HELP] Weird ATTM displacement?

This problem is weird. I have absolutely no issues with attachments on idle, run, or anything.

except whenever i reload, then this attachment displacement happens....

I'm out of ideas of what is causing this, can anybody help me? any input would be much appreciated!
