Help with Closed instance

Hello guys, does anyone knows how to make an open instance a closed instance? (Party mode) I took the wedding map and changed it to a new dungeon, but whenever I teleport to it using the teleport stone in the cities, it behaves as an open dungeon and not as an intance like the other ones

open dungeon? anyone can enter and meet inside while not in party? it's in gs.conf
