Help with Max Skill Levels

I am trying to, for example, give the Patience buff 40 tiers instead of 20.

I have adjusted the max level value in propSkill.txt and added tiers 21-40 in propSkillAdd.txt, as well as defined all 20 of the new SA_ values in defineSkill.h, and then set the buff pang to give level 40 patience, but when I use the buffpang it does not cast the new patience.

Does anyone know what I should do next?

Issue:
#define SA_ values MUST BE INCREMENTAL FROM WHERE BUFF STARTS. See starting value in propSkill.txt
I had patience 1-20 defined from 875->895 and patience 21-40 defined as 10875->10895, but 1-40 had to be defined as 875->915
