I want to have a Effect.wz for this old GM effect. I've found the original thread for this, but the download link doesn't work, and I really want that download.

I also want the old MapleStory Cursor, which is called the "Jewel Cursor". I can't really seem to find it, but this is what it looks like. I want it for a WZ edit also.
