disable firewall:
service iptables stop
nothing else can help u, if u not use toast repack i suggest u to use it, it has best starter configuare files, no errors
its on virtualbox?

Sorry for reviving this old thread but i am having exactly the same issue and i'm using virtual box. Any other solution?

better to use toast repack are you using a dedicated server or it just running to your computer?
