i get problem with this cms, for some reason i get this when i have setup everything it workes the first time you log in to the page but when you try to login again i get this

Unknown column 'ipaddress' in 'where clause'

and when i look in users table in db i get cloudflares ip in ipadress_last.....

Update your Database, this CMS is still runned on Phoenix 3.7.1.
Phoenix 3.8.1 -> SQL Files -> Update your Database that is it.
