How can i fix a quest?

I have a small question, how can i fix a quest which is not the right one?

For example, it tells me ''Eliminate Lizard Man Raiders'' but when i kill that monster doesn't count to me,
so when i kill ''Doming Mercenary '' it gives me the quest.

What do you mean?, can you explain a little better?

Change the monster id's or switch the names of them. Like you put Eliminate Lizard Man Raiders on Doming Mercenary and Doming Mercenary on Eliminate Lizard Man Raiders spot or you just change the id's might be the easy part.
If it dosent work go to server conditions lookup quest id and change the conditions for the monster's / mobs.
