How do I Run the VM?

I did open it using Vmware. But I got error when opening the listed item to open. Is there setting that I need to change before opening it. And if there is listed step by step to run the VM? Can anyone share theirs?

This 2 main error and the PingServer wont load. The CMD prompt error from what I can see said Asynccerror.

You can ignore those PMS error's log and Pingserver too, its not required to start the server.
if i were you , i recommend using this VM from the server files's thread
