world.cld && precinct.clt && region.clt is refer to Client Side.
Im getting dificult to found something to ClientSide.

I think that i found it. If it work ill share here!

The only thing you need for portals to work is region.clt matching region.sev

Precinct is not linked with any of this and world.cld isn't used at all.

Anyone have the sMapTool? I know that i need edit the client side .CLT's then convert to .SEV's using it but i dont have it at this time. Anyone can convert it to me?

Im using MSVS2010PRO. Have some problem if i install the MSVS2008? Like a Lib Problems or something...???

Lol, i'm far from master...more apprentice, tmav94 young Padawan
The region.clt is for clientside and Region.sev is to go in server side equivelant map folder.
If it is only portals then as Bash writes, only region is needed.
Only replace where the problems are, but for the ultimate quick fix you can do as fgru wisely points out to D/L v80 server and client and rip all this information (all the regions) from the server and client files and replace in your own server and client.
Back to you immediate question however...since all portals are all maps, then logical to replace all regions on server and client with your fresh ones newly made.

Its appers after i select "Server Side: [ ] Convert region.clt";
Where's these files become? Its become Input map file?

After this a do a ZIP file and extract it on gamed/conf/? Make only a change on Server files? I dont need to do any change on Client?

client are 100% pwi > no error ... v80 server files work 100% ... many many times tested ... you dont need convert anything ... install > copy > serverstart > client connect > play ... try new fresh install @ ubuntu 13.x or any other linux based os ...

Explore your tools, you already have the tools, what you need just EXPLORER by yourself. if you ask how to use sMapTools, you only got flame from the others

What i do:

I select Convert Region.clt after, get all converted files and put inside a zip after inside the config(server) i unzip all files.

I can enter in the game but i cant enter in intances.
