How to add/remove Unique Skill Buff

Hi guys! how you going? (after 10 years i'm back haha)..
I have a question about modifying a skill attribute directly in game/server.exe (not Source in this context), I want to add or remove unique skill attribute, for example, when using Automation (Mechanician) I cannot use Metal Armor with it, is there any attribute under skills in game.exe that I can remove and/or add it?

You can check where it is done in source and then try to find the same place using OllyDbg
