how to create public DCO server

well, i want to create public server...with some company name maybe..hehe..
but,how do i contact npluto for this?as for the email,they didnt answer...(yet?maybe..)
any solution?

You can't just contact nPluto for that, you will need a company that has money. Besides that I'm wondering if you wrote them a good email with uppercase letters, dots at the right places etc.. Because they aren't going to respond in any way if your not good in making a good looking email.
