I'm not so sure if you are asking for a way to decompile sha1, md4, md5 or cr32c?
If so, it is impossible. Hashing algorithms like md5, sha1 (I don't know the rest) are made to work only in one way. Ppl saying it is insecure just mean it is possible to create a duplicate of an already existing hash with a crazy lot of work. It is still not possible to get back to the original string from a hashstring, unless it's something very easy and in every rainbowtable out there already

actually you can crack them, you just bruteforce it. The issue comes when they tend to have keys/salts then it gets a bit harder.
