Simply run ryl2 skillmodifier.exe(by xavi2k4) before start your server should fix your problem ..all noobs should thanks me later . . .
p/s if you're running RYL1 server,removing vacuumhack.dll from loader.txt should fix it :

Some plugins have support files. Like msc***dll, like qt5Core.dll. It is possible to see the same error when they are missing.
