i believe your the one that said that ping thingy
if u get ping thingy when trying to enter sql query, you need mysql which is not the same as mysql query

But i HAVE changed it both in client and in the properties. and i still have this error!

thank you so much fixed my problem Wamp is still orange but its starting up just fine


now when i try to run localhostv83 it just dosent run, no errors just nothing

Looks like your ports aren't opened or you hex edit client wrong.

hex editing client is right, and i opened the port XD

If your ip is 84.229.73.60 then im 100% positive your ports aren't opened since i just checked.

eddynator: I... don't understand what that says... But seems to be a problem with Java, uninstall your current version of Java, download the latest one and repeat the JCE file replacement.

x3ndless: Your Wamp isn't on, or your Wamp is fully Green, or your firewall is blocking your Wamp/ports. (PS: Make sure Skype is CLOSED)

Yea it seems to be a problem with java, so I did what u suggested.
I uninstalled and deleted all java files and redownloaded the latest one, but still the same error :.
Here's the screenshot of the error again:

The last 2 lines are translated something like this: Press a key to go on ... java isn't recognized as an intern or extern project, program or batchfile.
Dam I really don't know how to fix this ;/.

Uhhh can I get a source just like ZenthosDev?
Without db.properties.

TY o.o my 5th day working on a private server =S

ZenthosDev had the most progress.
but had few bugs like:
I kill a monster and loot drop away from where the monster died.
Auto attack in map and every 1 else in map disconnect.

i like ZenthosDev cuz it doesnt have db.properties
and has server.properties

server.properties is much easier to work with then db.properties

Is there and other source that uses server.properties?

Wouldn't you rather find a stable source that has less bugs to fix than a source that just has server.properties, it's not that hard to work around it.

ZenthosDev is a bit weird.
And server.propertiers and db are almost the same.

Newest java always supports older versions too, so take 7.
