How to make autoupdate with fetch.php?

As title, I want to make autoupdate with GB TH Version

but I dont understand table `fileinfo`, how it works
I tried, but only version changed, no files are modified

if you figure it out lemme know, when i tried mine would take hours to update and every time i would open the client it would update again.
