how to modify the experience gained by mercenary level!!!

We are working on a server which gives 40 points per level to the mercenary and I can't find where I can modify the value so that it gives 6 points per level. Thank you so much

There is no direct way to modify points a mercenary gets on level up. It will need ZoneServer.exe editing or injecting assembly code into running ZoneServer using some project like

. The address at which code has to be modified is 0x004612BC in ZoneServer.exe which is inside the function CHiredSoldier::LevelUp.
