i can play but my play can't sign in

I can create sever 2.15b and i can play but my friend can't play why it can't sign in. i change my ip example 168.120.96.58 so my friend use 168.120.96.58 too in lunch and 10102 too but can't sign in why but com sever can sign in can you tell me thank.

Did you hex the client correctly? How's your LAN configured?
