I want to make a High rate server on Flyff, can anyone guide me or what is the best client/server to start on a high rate server.

I am just a beginner making on this kind of server, but I know a little bit encoding and knowledge about the mechanics of the game. I want to make a team to envelope a good high rate server that will last. I hope someone could help me or could join me on this project thank you.
