IGCN S9.5 freeze login how to FIX?

Hi Ragezone, i´m currently using the IGCN files s9.5 and i have a critical issue.

The Login become freeze as the images shown, the server doesn´t save any data in the database when this errors occurs and only players who where playing before the bug starts can keep playing but their progress would be not saved.

Any suggestions about what causes it would be appreciated.

I guess, in that stage of connect it can be problem of JoinServer. Just read, what info of problem joinserver or connect server sends to you also, if you say, that not saving info of players, watch your dataserver , sth you did bad
