Illumina CMS 500 error

I've already used URL rewrite to make a web.config and such for my Illumina installation yet i'm still receiving a 500 error?

Anything within the error log giving more information about the internal server error?

Sorry i'm really not used to using IIS, i've used Apache in the past. Where would I find a log?
