Index-Page for more then one server

Hello .....



i have made a multiserverpage.
For all that will have more then 1 server running

I have build in 4 server and this data is needed :

$server1 = 1; // 0 for OFFLINE and 1 for ONLINE
$sspeed1 = 50; // Wrote down here your serverspeed
$tspeed1 = 10; // Wrote down here your troopspeed
$s1url = "http://login.php"; // Wrote down here the complete url to the login.php
$r1url = "http://anmelden.php"; // Wrote down here the complete url to the anmelden.php

all needed data u must put in on the top of the page.

after that u can load it in the rootdir....
if u use more then one server u need for each server his own folder

All needed files amd grafics are in the archive. u can change all grafics if u will.

These are great additions. Is there anyway you could split the DB information off into a config file? There is a huge security issue if the DB information is in a file readable by the public especially it being right in the index. I usually set a my config files to 640 for this very reason.

you can make a config.php for that and put all data in it... after that u must include the config......

but the version i have online actually holds three server

but im not an coder... i more an grafican

No it's ok now. I saw that your pulling the data from the other config.php's. That is what I wanted anyway. I already keep each game's config.php protected so your script pulling data from them is fine

My reason for wanting that is you NEVER want your database information in a file readable by the public(world). I was hacked once a long time ago because of that. Any file that you have database connection information in you want to set permissions to (640).

I am not sure whats wrong with it. I am using your latest version and I have 1, 2, and 3 each pointed to different configs however all 3 servers are showing the stats from server 1.

Some Ideas later .....

here are now a more secur update for the MultiServerPage....

All serversettings now in a seperate config.
Change two pics
Added in index.php a titletag for the server-bar, so that u can give some informations about the runnung version.

The page that use the new index, u can find

In the next update i will put it in, that u can say how many player should be on one server.
I think it so, that if the number arrived, the register-button will fixed, so that it could be pressed.....

He is right this is the best version yet. I am currently using this one.

For security you will want to change the perms for serv_conf.php to 640 (you can try 600 however some hosts may throw an error but 640 is good enough)

So....
All my ideas i've set up in that update.

Changelog.....
- Add additional informations to config-file
- Add add serverinformations to config-file
- Add regopen to config-file

Now all can setup in the config-file.
U will see it, when u open it.

To do:
If u will use the regopen-function, u should be rename the file anmelden.php to whatever.
This name u must take in the $regurl
Or u forbidden the directacces by an htaccess to the anmelden.php

Set the serv_conf.php to 640 or when your server goes to 600!!
Its very importend to do that.
