Install a Web in APPSERVER!!!

i went to php.ini and took out that, i stopped appserver using Control Server By Service, and then started it again using Control Server By Manual, and still it brings up that T^T :sneaky2:

because that is default web hosting files. the directory is C:/AppServ/www/

go for another tutorial alot of stuff by DN sucks.
www is the folder that wamp and appserv use for their hosting folders. You have to install a Web Server to get that file. it will usually show up as C:/AppServ/www/ if you use AppServ.
Contol Server by manual service is something you can do through the program file list from Start > Program Files > your programs install name.
