Is Ep7 Emulator Working ?

I want to test the Episode 7 Rev 3
but i a problem with Emulator

when i load the Charset , And the Maplist
and Ask me Neither i use GM Char Nor Normal Char

And "Please Wait" will Pop up and some message will appear

. please help me ..

The Rev3 Emulator cannot use, It has a Decreased to 0 bug and ng error
