Item Editor error

so yeah i am trying to add offline vending and the last step is to change wReModelNum of the business permit item using item editor but idk what i'm doing or why this error showing on item editor any help appreciated

try to decrypt before use Editor

i open itemstrtable.txt on reditor and it become english then i copy paste the english version back in itemstrtable.txt ??

i don't know how to decrypt item.isf when i open it with reditor it said error: file is to big

Decrypt first item.isf and itemstrtable, copy all itemstrtable on reditor then paste it on itemstrtable.txt make sure to replace it with the readable(decrypted) then try opening itemeditor again after editing encrypt then bring it back to glogic.rcc
