item/reward sender

hello guys please forgive me if this is posted else where i have looked and searched but no results... i was wondering is there an item/reward sender available through php or iweb to send an item to players ingame as rewards direct from the databse ? at present i can add items through hex but sometimes it can be a pain and doesnt always work out so if there is something oput there any help would be much appreciated

you can send any item you want using pwAdmin but you will need to know oct for the item

yeah thats the issue finding its original octet i can manually create this but it aint the same ..
